Heart Meditation is an easy-to-learn technique that has the ability to transform stress through cutting-edge technology and the wisdom of the heart. It can be taught from a spiritual or medical perspective, whichever is appropriate to the group.

This is an opportunity to witness your heart rhythm on a computer screen in various states of being. Participants will learn how to change the rhythm of their heart from chaos to coherence.
