Awareness of the Breath Through guided meditation, participants will uncover breathing habits that may have been unconscious their entire life. Poor breathing can rob energy, diminish vitality, interrupt sleep and contribute to poor health. We will explore the reasons that some may breathe shallow or hold the breath. Discover how fight, flight or freeze can be transformed to the relaxation response at will. Through guided meditation, participants will discover how the breath is affected by our reactive nature and our emotions. Increase your energy and sense of vitality through the breath. Discover the correlation of breathing patterns to altered stated of consciousness.
